We will use the grant to fund a live recording of our January 15 concert at Club Passim. At this show, we’ll commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Boston Molasses Disaster with a number of new songs we’ve written for the occasion, and we’ll perform other GMF songs as well.
To get tickets for the concert, please visit https://www.passim.org/live-music/events/great-molasses-flood/.
Just booked! Stay tuned for more information about this important night.
We’re pretty excited for Dan and his new release: The Battle of Greenland.
You can download The Battle of Greenland for FREE on NoiseTrade here: http://noisetrade.com/dancloutier/the-battle-of-greenland
And, if you’re inclined to leave a musician tip, Dan is giving those proceeds to charity: water – an organization that brings clean water to people in need around the world. Awesome.
Dan’s song “Red Blood Cells” was just featured on The River 92.5 Homegrown Showcase this past Tuesday. Check it out here: http://theriverboston.com/discover/radio-programs/homegrown-music-showcase/
And “Old Bangum” got airplay on Nick Noble’s “The Folk Revival” on WICN 90.5 (Worcester). Thanks, Nick!
He’s getting great reviews too, like this one in The Noise: http://thenoise-boston.com/2017/03/cd-reviews-44/#DAN_CLOUTIER.
So go get it! It’s a whole experience. You’ll be floored. And moved. We promise.
